Data Deletion Request
This page shows the status of a request to delete data held by Tuned Digital Solutions Limited for TunedSupport and TunedBooks.

We remove the business's stored Meta credentials and their conversation data from our systems within 30 days of the request. You do not need to do anything else.
Message content that has already been delivered to WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook stays with Meta. That data is governed by Meta's own policies, not ours, and we cannot delete it on your behalf.
What we delete
- Stored access tokens for your connected Meta accounts
- Page IDs and WhatsApp phone number IDs
- Conversation history and message content held in TunedSupport
- Call logs linked to the account
- Agent accounts belonging to the business
How to request deletion yourself
You can start a deletion request in either of these ways:
- Email support@tunedbooks.online from the email address associated with the account, with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
- Or open TunedSupport → Settings and disconnect your channels. Disconnecting stops us receiving new messages immediately and begins the deletion of stored data.
Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023. We handle deletion requests in line with the NDPA 2023, which gives you the right to have your personal data erased. We confirm receipt within 2 working days and complete deletion within 30 days. You can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission at ndpc.gov.ng if you are not satisfied with how we handle your request.
